QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

    Designation–   Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – QMS

    Qualification –  Diploma/ BE/ B. Tech

     Experience –    7 – 10 years

      Gender–        Male

      Salary–       40,000- 50,000

      Responsibility– 

            1)  To prepare and execute internal quality audit plan in accordance with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.

            2)   To review internal audit action plan status and get the non-conformities closed within target dates.

             3)  To prepare and maintain list of internal auditors for Internal Quality Audits, Process Audits, Product Audits.

            4)   To conduct internal process audits as per plan and get non-conformities closed within defined target dates

             5)   To prepare and maintain master lists of documents (Customer Drawings, Customer Standards, QMS procedures, SOP’s, process documents, Work                            Instructions, etc.)

             6)   To review and update system documents (e.g. CSR, Contingency Plans, Aspect Impact Register, HIRA, QMS procedures, Risk Assessment, etc.) as per                      defined frequency and requirements.

              7)  To provide trainings related to QMS & EHS requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, Automotive core tools, Problem Solving Techniques, etc.

              8)  To collect MIS data, compare it with actual indicators and represent in management reviews
